Vegan Grilled Cheese Sandwich with 'Bacon" and Apples



Here is something different, simple and delicious. And......completely Vegan!!

2 slices sourdough bread
3 slices Vegan bacon
2 -3 slices Galaxy "provolone" slices
2 slices of green apple

Heat a skillet on the stove. Add some olive oil.  Lightly Toast the bread slices on one side in your pan.  While the bread is toasting, cook the vegan bacon according to package directions.

Flip the toasted bread over (so the untoasted side is down in the pan) and add the slices of cooked bacon on one piece of the bread, add the apple slices, and top with the provolone slices. I love this kind of Vegan cheese because it has a nice smoky flavor and melts really well.  Top with the other slice of bread.  Allow to cook one or two minutes flipping over once  on each side until the cheese melts and bread is completely toasted.

 So Cynfully Good!!
